• Regular yogasana such as Tadasana, Parvatsana and light exercise under the guidance of an expert is extremely beneficial.
• Massage affected parts gently with oil.
• Local hot water fomentation is recommended.
• Maintain a balanced and nutritious diet.
• Prefer hot water for drinking and taking bath.

DON’TS

• Avoid spicy, oily, and frozen foods. Avoid sour foods such as curd and pickles.
• Avoid non-vegetarian food.
• Avoid over-eating.
• Avoid alcohol, smoking and aerated beverages.
•  Avoid excessive mobilization of the affected joints.
• Avoid climbing stairs and climbing without proper support.
